| About The Home Inspector |
|
I am Bennie Goble of BG Home Inspection, LLC. I am licensed by the state of Indiana as a Home Inspector, and I have been inspecting homes since March 2008. I completed Home Inspection Certification through Ivy-Tech Community College in December 2007. In May of 2008 I retired from the Army as a Sergeant First Class with 24 of service. I served as an Assistant Inspector General for the United States Army where I developed and implemented inspection plans in the care and accountability of commercial facilities, motor pools, offices and barracks. I am extremely thorough and conduct inspections with the highest integrity. In addition to my military service I have several years of experience in the construction field, and I am an avid do it yourselfer. I also graduated from South East Vocational Training Center in Building Specialties. I realize that a home or building purchase can be a huge investment. It is extremely important that a thorough home inspection be performed to protect your investment. At a time when your emotions can cause a prospective home buyer to overlook issues in a home you want to buy you need an unbiased opinion on the homes condition. Home Inspectors are not alike even though we are supposed to practice under the same standards.
