Buyer Home Inspection

A home inspection is a visual examination of the physical structure and the major systems of a home. It provides a judgment on the condition of the dwelling and includes the proper recommendations when required.

If you are buying a home it is a wise decision to purchase a home inspection. Our Buyer Inspection will give you peace of mind by providing you with a detailed report on the condition or your home. For most people, buying a home will be one of the largest purchases they will make in their life. Having a home inspection could help you avoid a costly mistake.

A typical inspection includes:

  • Basement, foundation
  • Roofs, vents, gutters and other downspouts
  • Skylight, chimney and other roof penetrations
  • Decks, steps, porches, walkways and railings
  • Grading and drainage, water penetration and foundation movement
  • Heating and Cooling Systems
  • Visible water lines and heating systems
  • Interior plumbing systems and fixtures
  • Drainage sump pumps with accessible floats
  • Electrical service and meter box
  • Main disconnect, electrical panels, breakers and fuses
  • Grounding and bonding
  • Insulation and ventilation
  • Garage doors, sensors and openers
  • and much more

Note: Since every property is unique the list varies with each inspection.

Our Inspection:

  • Evaluation of the physical condition: the structure, construction and mechanical
  • Identification of items in need of attention or repair
  • Completion of a computer generated report with photos, usually overnight
  • On-site consultations with our clients

Be an Informed Buyer:

A home inspection could save you thousands. When making a written offer insist on an agreement that includes a clause stating that the offer is contingent upon a home inspection. We also highly recommend that you hire a licensed Realtor and remember Be Glad You Had Your Home Inspected and call today to schedule your home Inspection.
