Maintenance Inspection

A home inspection is a visual examination of the physical structure and the major systems of a home.  It provides a judgment on the condition of the dwelling and includes the proper recommendations when required. 

For the homeowner who is not planning to buy or sell we offer an inspection to help you protect your investment.  Do you really know the actual condition of your home?  Many problems can go undetected for years.  This inspection could prevent a small problem from becoming a large, expensive undertaking.
